Our Course Strategy

Our bespoke, scalable approach ensures we only provide the education you need, focussed around your specifications to ensure we meet your needs, tailored to your environment for your people.

Our Core Course consisting of the following components is designed to give you the skills necessary to respond to most medical emergencies:

  • Initial Patient Assessment and Management

  • Team Working

  • Delegation and Leadership

  • Problem Solving

  • Impact of Human Factors

  • Communication

This program is designed to give you the skills necessary to respond to most medical emergencies. We teach you to recognise the warning signs, to know when to call for help and how to do the simple things well - which might just save somebody from serious harm. Importantly, these skills are not just the “hard” practical skills - we firmly believe that principles of teamwork, cooperation, communication and leadership are just as important. These “soft” skills are also part of our Core Programme.

This core course is then complemented by a range of enhanced learning components which will teach additional skills specifically related to your particular needs.

These will vary from client to client as we understand that a client managing a public sector organisation in metropolitan Perth will have different needs to a client managing a mine site in remote Western Australia.

In addition to the enhanced learning components listed, we are more than happy to discuss with you any other medical training competencies you may require during our free, no-obligation consultation.
